Nick Pavlov is a legal professional with a background in national law firm practice and experience working alongside the Honourable Prime Minister John Turner. Nick has achieved notable success in securing development applications that had previously been unsuccessful, thanks to his close collaboration with Ivan Fleischmann, former chair of the committee of adjustment and advisor to Mel Lastman.
His real estate endeavours include involvement in some of the city's most significant land sales, although many of these transactions remain undisclosed to the public.
